Website visits: we count anonymous pageviews (which page was viewed, device type, browser, screen size, and the referring site). We do not collect your IP address, name, email address, or use cookies / fingerprinting for this.
Patient intake form: when you fill the appointment form, we collect the details you provide (name, age, phone, symptoms, etc.) with your consent, so the doctor can prepare for your consultation.
Visit counts help us understand which pages are useful. Form details are used only for your appointment and care.
We do not sell your data. Form details are visible only to the doctor.
Service providers: to run this website we use a database provider (Supabase) to store the patient form, Razorpay to process payments (we do not see or store your card or UPI details), and Google Fonts to display text. Your phone number and booking details may also reach the clinic through WhatsApp when you send them.
AI-assisted summary: the doctor may use an AI tool (Google Gemini) to draft a summary from the details in your form (name, age, sex, symptoms). Every summary is only a draft and is reviewed by the doctor before use.
Children: if the patient is under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in the form.
You may ask us to correct or delete your personal data. Contact the clinic through the website's contact section.
